Ingredients

  • 12 oz. milk of choice, unsweetened
  • 1/2 beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
