Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together with whisk or fork. (Or, feel free to mix all ingredients in sealed mason ball jar if desired.)
  • Season to taste. Enjoy on a salad or use as a marinade!
