1cupraw cashews
2cupswater
1/2bunchfresh cilantro
1/2lime,juiced
1/4tsp.sea salt
Instructions
Add cashews to Vitamix and thoroughly pulverize. Slowly add water until creamy, stopping at your desired level of creaminess (this will take anywhere from 1-2 cups of water).
Add cilantro, lime, and salt. Puree until smooth.
Notes
