This dairy-free version of classic ranch dressing is an excellent choice for a salad, dip, or sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 T. red wine vinegar
  • 2 T. white distilled vinegar
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 large avocado, chopped
  • 1 T. dijon mustard
  • 1 T. dried dill
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 whole peeled garlic cloves
  • 2/3 cup avocado oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
