Whipped Avocado with Vegetable Sticks
Pretty, crunchy, colorful, and delicious, this combo is the perfect addition to a crudite board or potluck. Dip any vegetables you'd like – carrots, celery, jicama, watermelon radishes, and bell peppers are some of our top choices.
- 2 cups raw vegetables, sticks or slices
- 2 avocados, peeled and deseeded
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- Sea salt to taste
Place avocados in food processor with garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend until creamy smooth and serve.
Plate with a vegetable medley of your choice.
